• x3 untaxed lemons roughly chopped (7.25oz or 220ml) • 140g caster sugar • 1ltr cold water (still or sparkling) Method • Put lemons, sugar and half water in food processor until lemon is finely chopped • over bowl pour mixture through a sieve, press through juice. • top up with rest of water • serve with ice and frozen slices of lemon and /or lime ? What about bit of mint Alternative method Add caster sugar to juice of 3-4 lemons into small saucepan Heat slightly until sugar has melted and let it cool before adding rest of water |
