World Maths Day
World Maths Day is part of the World Education Games, a competition which begins on Tuesday 13th October and ends on Thursday 15th October.
Your child will be given their own log-in where they can log into a website to compete against children in schools Across The World in a variety of games. They can click on either World Literacy Day, World Maths Day or World Science Day.
The more they play, the more points they will accumulate which goes towards the school points. The schools are then ranked on their number of points and there are prizes!! Although the competition begins on Tuesday, your child can access the games to 'warm up' before the live competition starts. Access to these games will also last for the whole of October.
Please encourage your child to have a go at home and they will have many opportunities at school to also access the games.
